32:14-1.4. Annual budget request and request for funding of capital projects a. The commission shall prepare its annual budget request in consultation with the department. The request shall be submitted to the Governor and the Legislature as part of the annual budget request of the department. b. The commission shall prepare its annual request for the funding of capital projects in consultation with the department. The request shall be submitted to the New Jersey Commission on Capital Budgeting and Planning, pursuant to the provisions of section 3 of P.L.1975, c. 208 (C. 52:9S-3), as part of the department's annual request for the funding of capital projects.
