N.J.S.A. 32:13A-2.1 — Contract with Delaware County Pennsylvania Authority

32:13A-2.1. Contract with Delaware County Pennsylvania Authority Gloucester County Tunnel Commission is hereby authorized and empowered, in addition to such other powers of which it is now legally possessed, to enter into a contract or contracts with Delaware County Pennsylvania Authority, an Authority of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for the construction, operation and maintenance of a tunnel under the Delaware river and to issue tunnel revenue bonds for such purpose, payable solely from earnings jointly with said Delaware County Pennsylvania Authority.
