Unexpended balances, other assets, contracts, projects, etc.; transfer, use, application and administration

32:11D-113. Unexpended balances, other assets, contracts, projects, etc.; transfer, use, application and administration Upon dissolution of the Interstate Commission on the Delaware River Basin pursuant to this act, all of its unexpended balances, other assets, contracts, commitments, projects and activities, to the extent of the interest of the State of New Jersey therein, shall be transferred to the Delaware River Basin Commission to be used, applied and administered pursuant to the provisions of the Delaware River Basin Compact, subject to the authority of that commission.
