Powers to be construed as additional

32:11C-5. Powers to be construed as additional The powers vested in any such commission by this act shall be construed as being in addition to and not in diminution of the powers heretofore or hereafter vested in said commission by law. L.1952, c. 40, p. 133, s. 5.
