Exemption from taxation

32:11B-6. Exemption from taxation Said crossing and all property acquired or used for the purpose thereof in the State of New Jersey and the revenues thereof shall at all times be free from taxation by the State of New Jersey or any political subdivision thereof. L.1946, c. 18, p. 54, s. 6.
