32:11B-4. License to State Highway Department of Delaware to use lands for crossing and terminus Upon the acceptance of title to lands as provided in section one of this act and upon the acquisition of the right of use of lands as provided in section three of this act, the State Highway Department of the State of Delaware is granted a license to use said lands for the purpose of construction, operating and maintaining said crossing, the terminus thereof and the approaches thereto and any additions thereto or improvements or repairs thereof.
