Co-operation by Pennsylvania

32:11-6. Co-operation by Pennsylvania The commission of the state of New Jersey shall not exercise or carry out any authority or power conferred by this chapter until the commonwealth of Pennsylvania has or shall, by appropriate legislation, fix and vest like powers in the joint commission and make an appropriation equal to the appropriation made or to be made by this state, for the purpose of providing for the cost of acquiring land for the approaches to and erection and construction of the approaches and the construction of any bridge under this chapter.
