32:1-82. Concurrent legislation by New York state Neither the construction of such bridge, the approaches or highway connections, nor any preliminary work, authorized by this act, shall be begun, nor shall any moneys be expended hereunder by the port authority, until the state of New York by appropriate legislation concurs therein, and appropriates an equivalent amount.
