Effect of partial invalidity

32:1-56. Effect of partial invalidity If any term or provision of this act shall be declared unconstitutional or ineffective in whole or in part by a court of competent jurisdiction, then to the extent that it is not unconstitutional or ineffective such term or provision shall be enforced and effectuated; nor shall such determination be deemed to invalidate the remaining terms or provisions hereof.
