Agreements with other public entities

32:1-35.23. Agreements with other public entities The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is hereby authorized and empowered in its discretion to enter into an agreement or agreements upon such terms and conditions as it may deem in the public interest, with the United States, the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, or any agency, department, commission, public authority, board or division of any of the foregoing, or any municipality or other public corporation in the State of New Jersey or in the State of New York, or any person, firm, association, company or corporation, or any two or more of the foregoing, to effectuate any one or more of the purposes of this act; and the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, or any agency, department, commission, public authority, board or division of either of the foregoing, or any municipality or other public corporation in the State of New Jersey or the State of New York, or any two or more of the foregoing, are hereby authorized and empowered to enter into an agreement or agreements with the port authority to effectuate any one or more of the purposes of this act.
