Appropriation

32:1-34. Appropriation The sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000), or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the state treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the expenses of the port authority. The moneys hereby appropriated shall be paid out by the state treasurer on the warrant of the comptroller of the treasury, upon vouchers signed by the chairman of the said port authority.
