Withdrawal from agreement

32:1-22. Withdrawal from agreement ARTICLE XXI. Either state may by its legislature withdraw from this agreement in the event that a plan for the comprehensive development of the port shall not have been adopted by both states on or prior to July 1, 1923; and when such withdrawal shall have been communicated to the governor of the other state by the state so withdrawing, this agreement shall be thereby abrogated.
