Contracts entered into, assumed by or assigned to Port Authority before effective date of act, suits on The foregoing consent does not extend to suits, actions or proceedings upon any causes of action whatsoever, upon, in connection with, or arising out of any contract, express or implied, entered into or assumed by or assigned to the Port Authority before the effective date of this act (including any supplement to, or amendment, extension or renewal of any such contract, even if such supplement, amendment, extension or renewal is made on or after the effective date of this act), regardless of whether such cause of action accrued before or after that date, other than causes of action upon, in connection with or arising out of notes, bonds or other obligations or securities secured by a pledge of the general reserve fund of the Port Authority.
