32:1-154.9. Punishment for violations; excluding vehicular crossings Violations of the rules and regulations set forth in sections two through eight, inclusive, hereof, committed within the territorial limits of either State shall be punishable as may be provided by the laws of such State but the penalties prescribed by either State shall not preclude the Port Authority from excluding from vehicular crossings permanently or for a specified time, all vehicles violating any of the said rules and regulations, as well as other vehicles owned or operated by the owner or operator of such vehicle.
