Trial and punishment of violations

32:1-154.14. Trial and punishment of violations If the violation within the State of any of the rules and regulations set forth in sections two through eight, inclusive, hereof, including but not limited to those regarding the payment of tolls, would have been a violation of law or ordinance if committed on any public road, street, highway or turnpike in the municipality in which such violation occurred, it shall be tried and punished in the same manner as if it had been committed in such municipality.
