32:1-154.1. Rules and regulations declared binding To the end that the interstate vehicular crossings operated by the Port of New York Authority (hereinafter called the "Port Authority" ), pursuant to the compact of April thirtieth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, between the States of New Jersey and New York creating the Port Authority, may be efficiently and safely operated in the interest of the people of the States of New Jersey and New York and of the nation, the following rules and regulations governing traffic on vehicular crossings operated by the Port Authority, set forth in sections two through eight, inclusive, hereof, are hereby adopted by the Legislatures of the two States, and are declared to be binding upon all persons and corporations affected thereby.
