Community projects

30:9A-6. Community projects a. Community mental health projects shall be submitted annually by sponsoring agencies to the county mental health board and the department in accordance with the rules and regulations of the department. b. All projects shall include an explanation of the operation proposed and a budget showing all sources of revenue, including anticipated State financial aid, and a list of personnel requirements. c. The county mental health board shall recommend the amount of State financial aid to be allocated to each such project in the county based upon an evaluation of the project, the number of people served, the scope of the services provided and such other factors as the board may deem necessary to accomplish the objectives of this act. It shall also recommend the order of priority respecting such projects or parts thereof. L.1957, c. 146, p. 550, s. 6. Amended by L.1967, c. 100, s. 6, eff. June 12, 1967.
