30:9A-33 Rules, regulations. 5. The commissioner, in accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall promulgate such rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2011, c.166, s.5.
