30:9A-16. Cooperation with school boards The community mental health services provider shall prepare its funding proposal in cooperation with two or more local boards of education which are interested in participating in the suicide prevention program. The provider also shall agree to provide information and training within the limits of available funds to other local boards of education that are interested in providing for suicide prevention programs, upon their request. L. 1985, c. 195, s. 5, eff. June 26, 1985. 30:9A-18. Definitions relative to mental health programs 1. As used in sections 1 through 4 of this act: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Human Services. "Mental health program" means a program of mental health services which is subject to regulations adopted by the commissioner. The program may be public or private, hospital-based or non-hospital-based, incorporated or unincorporated, and for profit or nonprofit. L.1995,c.321,s.1.
