30:9-25.1. Allocation of positions and employments to classified service All positions and employments in county maternity hospitals, in counties of the first class, created pursuant to the provisions of section 30:9-24 of the Revised Statutes which can be allocated to the classified service, in accordance with the provisions of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes, shall be so allocated under appropriate titles by the Civil Service Commission and, hereafter, such positions and employments shall be subject to the provisions of subtitle 3 of Title 11 of the Revised Statutes.
