30:9-23.6. Affiliation of hospitals with medical and dental colleges The board of chosen freeholders of any county or the governing body of any municipality, wherein a public hospital is located under the control of the said board or governing body, pursuant to chapter 9 of Title 30 of the Revised Statutes, or any other law, is authorized to contract for the affiliation of such hospital with any corporation licensed in this State to conduct a college of medicine or a college of medicine and dentistry.
