30:9-23.22 Construction of act. 8. Nothing in P.L.2006, c.46 (C.30:9-23.15 et al.) shall be construed to apply to a hospital operated by a municipality pursuant to the provisions of R.S.30:9-13. L.2006,c.46,s.8.
