Additional authority--Advertising, bids, security

30:9-23.11. Additional authority--Advertising, bids, security The authority conferred by this act in the case of any municipality shall be in addition to the authority of the municipality to contract for the rendering of services pursuant to section 40:48-5 of the Revised Statutes, but in the case of any county or municipal contract, agreement or lease under this act, neither advertising, public bidding nor security shall be required.
