30:9-12.15. Second class counties; admission of patients able to pay; charges Wherever a general hospital is or shall be operated by the board of chosen freeholders of a county of the second class, the said board of chosen freeholders shall have the right to admit patients to the said hospital who are able to pay for their hospitalization, and shall have the right to impose such per diem charges as the said board of chosen freeholders shall determine will be sufficient to pay the per capita costs of such patients.
