Fidelity bonds

30:9-12.10. Fidelity bonds The board of managers may in its discretion require any official or employee to give bond for the faithful performance of his duties and fix the amount of such bond. Where a surety company bond shall be given, the amount of the premium required thereon shall be paid as an expense of the hospital. L.1947, c. 34, p. 92, s. 10.
