Deputy keepers or wardens; bonds

30:8-9. Deputy keepers or wardens; bonds Each deputy keeper or warden of any county jail in this state shall give bond to the keeper, warden or board of chosen freeholders by whom he has been appointed in such sum as shall be required by the appointing board or officer, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties as deputy keeper or deputy warden which bond shall be approved by the appointing board or officer.
