30:8-64 Establishment, maintenance of juvenile offender rehabilitation program by counties 4. a. The governing body of any county, by resolution or ordinance, as appropriate, may establish and maintain a juvenile offender rehabilitation program. b. The governing bodies of two or more counties, in accordance with the provisions of the "Interlocal Services Act," P.L.1973, c.208 (C.40:8A-1 et seq.), may establish and maintain a joint juvenile offender rehabilitation program.
