30:7-5.1. Inapplicability of requirement for licensed administrator Notwithstanding the requirement in section 1 of P.L.1968, c. 356 (C. 30:11-11) concerning licensure of a nursing home administrator, the New Jersey Firemen's Home established pursuant to R.S. 30:7-1 et seq. shall not be required to have a licensed administrator in order to operate as a nursing home. L.1981, c. 246, s. 1, eff. Aug. 3, 1981.
