30:6D-79 Emergency telephone service. 7. The department shall maintain, at all times, an emergency telephone service for the receipt of calls involving a report, complaint, or allegation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation against an individual with a developmental disability. L.2010, c.5, s.7.
