30:6D-71 Rules, regulations. 9. In accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), the commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.1999,c.358,s.9.
