Transfers

30:6D-28. Transfers a. All of the functions, powers and duties of the Division of Mental Retardation in the Department of Human Services and of the director of that division are transferred to the Division of Developmental Disabilities. b. Unless specifically otherwise provided in this act or by any other law, whenever pursuant to law, reports, certifications, applications or requests are required or permitted to be made to the Division of Mental Retardation whose powers and duties are herein assigned or transferred, the reports and certifications are hereafter required to be filed with, and the applications or requests are hereafter required to be made to the Division of Developmental Disabilities. c. The transfers directed by this act shall be effected pursuant to the "State Agency Transfer Act," P.L. 1971, c. 375 (C. 52:14D-1 et seq.). L. 1985, c. 145, s. 6.
