Requirements for geographic location of site of transfer

30:6D-18. Requirements for geographic location of site of transfer To the maximum extent possible, the department shall not transfer any developmentally disabled person to a geographic location that cannot be readily visited by those persons interested in the well-being of the developmentally disabled person or to a location that does not afford reasonable employment opportunities in the case of a developmentally disabled person with employment potential.
