30:6-16.2 Annual report. 2. The Department shall issue a report annually to the Governor and the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), regarding the implementation and impact of the program established pursuant to section 1 of this act. L.2025, c.257, s.2.
