30:5B-5.4 Regulations adopted by Commissioner of Children and Families relative to children's health care coverage. 5. The Commissioner of Children and Families, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt regulations to provide for the implementation by licensed child care centers, registered family day care homes, and unified child care agencies of such procedures as the commissioner deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of subsection f. of section 4 of P.L.1997, c.272 (C.30:4I-4).
