30:5B-30. Findings, declarations on child care services 1. The Legislature finds and declares that it is in the public interest to develop comprehensive child care policies in order to establish a uniform system of subsidized child care services and to secure the maximum funding available under federal law authorizing grants to the states for child care services. L.1993,c.46,s.1.
