Administrative expense limit

30:4G-9. Administrative expense limit The department shall not use more than 15% of the amounts appropriated for the personal attendant program for administrative and staff costs. L. 1985, c. 307, s. 9; per s.14 as amended by 1985, c.524, s.8, expired January 21, 1988.
