30:4F-5. Report The commissioner shall report to the Governor and Legislature no later than six months before the expiration date of this act concerning: a. The effects of the demonstration program with respect to assessing the demand for and availability of respite care services throughout the State; b. An assessment of the most efficient and effective method for providing respite care services; c. The projected costs for establishing a Statewide respite care program; and d. Recommendations for permanently establishing a Statewide respite care program. L.1983, c. 284, s. 5; per s.7, expired June 30, 1986.
