30:4D-8.15 Rules, regulations. 15. The Commissioner of Human Services, in accordance with the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) and with input from the Commissioner of Health, shall, within 180 days of the effective date of this act, adopt rules and regulations establishing the standards for gainsharing plans submitted by Medicaid ACOs. The Commissioner of Human Services shall also adopt, with input from the Commissioner of Health such rules and regulations governing the ongoing oversight and monitoring of the quality of care delivered to Medicaid recipients in the designated areas served by the Medicaid ACOs, and such other requirements as the Commissioner of Human Services deems necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
