30:4D-64 Annual appropriation, minimum required. 13. For each fiscal year beginning after the fiscal year in which this act takes effect, the Governor shall recommend and the Legislature shall appropriate at least $3,000,000 from the General Fund to the Office of the Medicaid Inspector General to effectuate the purposes of this act.
