30:4D-50 Rules, regulations. 8. The Commissioner of Human Services, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations to effectuate the purposes of this act. L.2001, c.96, s.8; amended 2012, c.17, s.389.
