30:4D-17.36 Annual report. 4. The Commissioner of Human Services shall report annually to the Governor, and to the Legislature pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), on the findings and recommendations of the demonstration project. L.2010, c.74, s.4.
