Eligibility determination

30:4D-15. Eligibility determination The department shall assure: (a) That all individuals wishing to make application for medical assistance shall have the opportunity to do so; (b) That the processing of applications shall be simplified to the end that medical benefits shall be furnished to recipients as soon as possible.
