Enrollment fees or premium charges

30:4D-13. Enrollment fees or premium charges Subject to the limitations set forth in sections 7, 8 and 9 of this act, the department shall assure that no enrollment fee, premium or similar charge is imposed on an applicant as a condition of eligibility for medical assistance under this act.
