Use of monies saved.

30:4C-73 Use of monies saved. 8. Any monies saved by the Department of Children and Families in preventing the out-of-home placement of children pursuant to this act shall be used by the department to provide services pursuant to the interdepartmental plan developed pursuant to this act.
