Rules for conduct of review boards; promulgation by Supreme Court

30:4C-63. Rules for conduct of review boards; promulgation by Supreme Court The Supreme Court, in consultation with the Child Placement Advisory Council, shall: issue such rules governing the duties, responsibilities and practices of the board as it deems necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act; establish guidelines and procedures for the training of placement review board members; and establish reporting procedures to be followed by the review boards for the provision of data for the evaluation of this act.
