30:4C-48 Qualifications; original and annual determination. 4. Qualification for payments in subsidization of adoption shall be determined and approved by the Division of Child Protection and Permanency prior to the completion of the adoption proceeding, and may be redetermined annually thereafter. No payments shall be made for any child who the division has determined was brought into this State for the sole purpose of qualifying for an adoption subsidy pursuant to P.L.1973, c.81 (C.30:4C-45 et seq.).
