"Approved agency" defined

30:4C-41. "Approved agency" defined "Approved agency" as used herein means a legally constituted agency having its principal office within this State, which holds a valid certificate of approval from the Department of Institutions and Agencies, as provided by law, to place children in New Jersey for purposes of adoption.
