30:4C-27.12 Fraud, misrepresentation, fourth degree crime. 10. A person who uses fraud or misrepresentation in obtaining a license, or offers, advertises or provides any service not authorized by a valid license is guilty of a crime of the fourth degree. L.2001,c.419,s.10.
