30:4C-26.5 Adoption of child by resource family parent. 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law or any rule or regulation of the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, no agreement entered into between the division and any resource family parent for the care of any child in the care, custody, or guardianship of the division shall contain any provision prohibiting the adoption of any child by the resource family parent.
