30:4C-11.6 Rules, regulations 53. The Commissioner of Human Services, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations to implement the provisions of this act. The commissioner shall provide an opportunity for public input in the development of the rules and regulations. 1999, c.53, ss.23-26, 52,53.
